Prices are in USD and exclude tax; Korean companies are billed in KRW at the prices on the Korean page. Plans are monthly with no minimum term, and telling us before the next billing date is all it takes to stop.

In every plan

The same product in all three. Only the size changes.

All four jobs

The pipeline review, the follow-up drafts, the meeting briefs and the weekly digest. None of them is sold separately, and none is an upgrade.

We do the wiring

We connect your systems for you, and it is part of the monthly fee. None of your engineers has to get involved.

Approvals and the run log

Nothing reaches a customer without a person's yes, and every run keeps what it did, what it cost and what failed.

Compare

One table, only what differs

A plan is where we start. Which systems Ara connects to, which skills it runs, who approves what and where it runs are all decided with you. Tell us how your team sells and you get a scope and a quote back.

What gets fitted to you

Skills for how you sell

A pipeline review that reads your stages, a follow-up in your team's voice, a brief in the format your reps already read.

Systems beyond the standard set

Another CRM, a data warehouse, a helpdesk, an internal API. If your team works in it, we look at connecting it.

Approval rules that match your org

Which actions wait for a person's yes, who that person is per team, and what Ara may do unattended.

Where it runs

Our cloud, a dedicated tenant, inside your own network, or fully air-gapped.

The language it works in

Ara writes in your workspace's working language, whether the ask came in Korean or English.

Screens with no API

A supplier portal or a legacy ERP your team still clicks through. A PICO node operates it the way a person would.

How it goes

  1. You tell us how you sell

Team size, the CRM you live in, the systems around it, and the work you would hand over first.

  2. We scope it and quote it

Within one business day, and before anything is signed. It says what the plan already covers and what is quoted on top.

  3. We wire it and write the skills

Connections, skills, approval policy and schedules are set up with you. None of your engineers has to get involved.

  4. We read it back after it runs

What it ran, what it changed and what to adjust. Monthly on Team, with a named engineer on Enterprise.

What to put in the message

Answer as many as you can. The more we have, the closer the first quote lands.

  • How many people sell, and what they sell
  • The CRM and the systems around it
  • The work you would hand over first
  • Security requirements: network, where data may live, audit
  • Whether you need a quote document or a tax invoice
Ask for a tailored setup

No obligation. A quote comes before anything is signed, and a reply within one business day.

Billing

Nothing on the invoice should surprise you

What gets added to the price and what doesn't, written so you can paste it straight into an approval request.

Plans are monthly

There is no minimum term. Tell us before the next billing date and it ends there, with no penalty.

Prices exclude tax

Korean invoices add 10% VAT; for other countries the tax is calculated at checkout.

If you need a tax invoice

Say so in your message. We check your business details, walk you through it, and send a quote with it.

We set billing up with you

The payment method is arranged when you sign. Leave us a message and a quote comes first, with a reply within one business day.

Withdrawal, refunds and non-payment are handled per the terms of service. Read the terms

FAQ

What people ask right before they buy

Is tax added on top?

Yes. Listed prices exclude tax, and Korean invoices add 10% VAT. Each card shows the tax-included amount beside the price. Ask and we'll walk you through a tax invoice.

How much does yearly billing save?

You pay for 10 months out of 12, about 17% off. If you stop partway, the remaining term is settled per our terms.

Do extra skills or extra systems cost more?

Team already includes three skills and three systems. Anything past that is scoped and quoted with you before you sign, and it lands on the same monthly invoice. There is no per-request or per-run charge.

Will it start charging me on its own?

No. Starting free takes no card, so nothing can charge automatically. Billing begins only when you tell us to start a plan.

Does the price go up as more people use it?

There is no per-seat fee. Each plan is sized for a team range, so the bill changes only when your organization outgrows the range.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Tell us and we switch you over. The new amount applies from the next billing date, moving up or down.

What happens to our data if we cancel?

We disconnect the integrations and delete stored data per our privacy policy. If you need it, we give you time to download your files first.

Try it before you decide.

Start without a card and give it Monday's pipeline review. Nothing charges automatically, and if it doesn't fit you simply stop.
