A finished run uses a credit; a failed run, the first report on your company and a run Ara answers with your own Claude Code or Codex use none. To bring Ara to your whole team, talk to us and we quote a rollout sized to it, before anything is signed.

Minutes, in the browser, on a computer or a phone. Sign-up asks for your email, your company, the AI Ara works with and where your team talks. While you finish, Ara reads your company's website and writes a first report about your company. The desktop app for Mac, Windows and Linux is optional: it puts Ara on your screen, and lets it work on your own computer and with your own Claude or ChatGPT plan when you allow it.

Code the model writes runs in the workspace's own sandbox, never on our servers. The credentials we hold are encrypted at rest, and no app token or API key is written to the sandbox; a saved website password is, for the moment it is typed. Every run is logged line by line. We never train models on your data, and what a model provider may keep follows its own terms. The details are on the security page.

Yes. Every file it made is yours to download from the dashboard, and deleting your account removes your workspaces and their history.
